Update tech issues resolved, This is and invaluable video

after much tech issues and customer service hiccups .. All is resolved and This video is invaluable, especially the end half with various glues
worth more than they are charging

would be great if I actually get the video to work bought it 3 times and still not working No CS

Love the idea and if you have a mac maybe you'll have the same problem. I have bought the same video
3 times in hopes for it to work atleast once but never got it work from the site. I have only been able to see it once in its entirety only when the tech guy sent me a separate link which was only temporary. I have emailed the company several times and tech support but no response, poor customer support
